This is a very good replacement if the frame of your switch has bent or cracked due to heat or drops. Consoles manufactured in the first few years were especially prone to bending if played in docked mode for long amounts of time. This will allow you to restore the console to its normal shape.

Can not complain. My kids switch had seen battles that no man should endure. Half the screws no longer did anything because the screws use the case for tension. This worked wonderfully. It might not be a 1:1 match for factory as far as aesthetics, but it functions fine and your kids will never know its not a factory part. Even you will forget because it looks VERY close to original. Not a hard swap to do if you have the proper screwdrivers.

I had the original Nintendo Switch from 2017, and it has taken quite a bit of abuse over the years, showing significant signs of wear. The back was cracked and basically falling apart. This replacement part worked perfectly, restoring the case and making the Switch look brand new. My front bezel wasn't in bad condition, so I didn’t replace that. I would have considered it, but noticed it would require loosening the adhesive, and since it didn’t seem necessary, I decided to only replace the back panel. The process was straightforward, and I’m very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this replacement.
