Miranda's Daily Dose of Such Fun!: 365 joy-filled tasks to make life better Kindle Edition
鶹
*** 365 joy filled tasks to make your life more engaging, fun, caring and jolly ***
"There are little things we can all do that can make a huge difference to our lives and to the lives of those around us. Doing something jolly every day that you can look back on with a smile and be grateful for, knowing it has also brought kindness to others, can gently help replace old negative thought patterns with more positive ones.
The tasks included in this little book are designed to be universal and free (or as cheap as possible). And all the ideas here, however silly they may seem, offer genuine and healthy ways to change the way we feel for the better.

About the author

Miranda Hart is a writer, comedian and actress. Her first book Is It Just Me? was a Sunday Times number one bestseller and has sold over 700,000 copies. She was the first female comedian to do an arena stand-up tour with her My What I Call Live Show. She was BAFTA nominated for her much loved role Chummy in BBC 1's hit drama Call the Midwife. And has won numerous awards for her role in her self-penned hit sitcom Miranda, including Queen of Comedy at the Comedy Awards. This is a role she thinks should be officially appointed by the Queen and means you get to have afternoon tea at the palace regularly and go out once a week with Prince Harry.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant / uplifting and in aid of a great cause
Verified PurchaseA brilliant and uplifting book filled with lots of cheery ideas. Miranda Hart is such a fantastic writer and this is in aid of a great cause (Comic Relief). I love how there is a small paragraph to read for each day with an achievable idea of how to boost your mood and have SUCH FUN. I love the idea of buying a fruit that I can't pronounce or brushing my hair up and not down and waiting to see what my family say at breakfast. I will be giving this to all my friends and family who are in need of a pick-me-up.

5.0 out of 5 stars Funny from start to finish
Verified PurchaseI love this book! It's so much fun to read.
The idea to this book is to make each day a bit more fun with things you can do on each day.
It starts on January 1st so I've started it from today (10th march) but that doesn't matter as I'll just keep going round! Haha
Brilliant book again miranda! Well done :)
