This pizelle maker was one of the cheaper ones which is why I bought it. The temperature of it is good and the timer/light is pretty accurate. The original pizelle recipe it came with was good but a little watery. The chocolate recipe was very thick and I needed to add more liquid. Both recipes taste good. My biggest complaint is how the cooker does not flatter the dough evenly as you can see in the picture. The recipe suggests to use 2tbs per pizelle which is way too much. A lot of the mix oozes out especially in the front. Overall, for the price point it works pretty good.Mo3 DetailingCook well but uneven shape
