    It's a huge improvement over the 2656, their cheapest impact. I tried using the 2656 for drilling holes in stainless steel, and it worked for that, but the tool would get very hot. The motor would get hot (because it's brushed?), and the housing for the hammers would get very hot. This 2760 is nothing like that - the motor is cool after hours of constant use, and the impact housing stays cool as well.

    This 2760 is deceptively powerful. It feels and sounds like it's doing very little, so it's easy to overtighten things without realizing it.

    Overall, this impact is worth every penny.

    I love this impact driver! Fuel Surge is the best of the 18V Milwaukee wrenchs. It sounds cool when it works and it was a great price. I have the M12 fuel Surge impact and the 18 is just what I need when I need more power. This was an obviously good purchase and I am happy I have it when I need it.

    I'm so impressed with this impact after having used the latest fuel standard impact from Milwaukee. The standard one is to fast and too strong and very difficult to screw especially small screws. This is a completely different level and much better in all ways. Very smooth, quiet, slow when needed and very strong and fast when fully pressured. I highly recommend this impact for anyone who used other Milwaukee impacts. Just threw them to your bin and get this one!
