Seems the review of this hammer drill 3404-20 may apply from various sellers, got mine from Deals and beyond. I will agree with another reviewer's guess at this hammer drill being from a broken up tool bundle and/or refurbs. Based on other reviews, I understood what I was buying, which is the bare tool in a plastic bag (no retail box), a USA user manual (depending on seller), and probably with a so-so valid warranty being a USA tool in Canada. Note: tool I received is made in Mexico. My order with Prime took one long week to ship from Tennessee USA to Ontario Canada. Was VERY worried tool would be shipped in jiffy/bubble wrap, which is a sin, but relived the tool arrived boxed within a box in excellent condition. Only issue was a small tiny cosmetic scratch on the chuck, but it's a hammer drill and will receive more character with use. Can not validate long term reliability, but will say it does power up and works as intended with a battery. Also to note for Canadians, the price will fluctuate a lot after purchase since it's based on US $ - for me it went WAY down in price, and calling CSR did not help, as Â鶹Çø does not give any forms of price difference / matching - this is stated in their terms in writing; additionally, once the order has been placed - one can not cancel, even if it has not been shipped, because this is being shipped from the U.S, I know all this from experience, just giving a heads up. BTW, upon carefully checking the details of said lower price, it seems the lower price of the same tool within my order history - was actually the lowest price from a list from a completely different seller, so the price was not actually lower, but wasted time worrying, and almost cancelling a good deal.     This is one crazy drill right out of the books. I was drilling 7/8 no the whole saw with an actual cobalt drillbit through a piece of plate steel mind you there was already a pilot hole there but still this little 12 V is probably one of the preppiest little drills. I¡¯ve ever used it weighs a good bit more than I was expecting especially compared to like the compact M18. It¡¯s just a half inch compact drill that¡¯s 18 V by Milwaukee as opposed to this particular model, which is a hammer drill so I think there¡¯s some weight be accounted for there but even still it¡¯s rather impressive. I¡¯m just getting used to it now I mean, I got this to live in my barn with basically my other tools and keep my 18 V within the house because of the thought was my 18 V system, which is a Bosch hammer drill is gonna have a little bit more Because generally speaking most of the work I do that requires a drillers within my home as opposed to most of the work I do in my barn. Doesn¡¯t necessarily use a drill. It¡¯s just something that¡¯s necessary, but after having used it, I¡¯m not sure what¡¯s going to happen. Do I bring it in the house and keep it with my some of my other M12 platform or do I keep it in the barn with that mixture of tools it¡¯s it¡¯s difficult to say I also got the 3453 impact driver to match it and it is one sweet little impact with one of the small handle sized or grip sized batteries what are the ones that are like two and under the ones that don¡¯t have the square bottom you put one of those in it and you do reduce your battery life and what not but it¡¯s not gonna affect the amount of power. It has really what it does do those give you an exceptionally small platform that you can throw in a tool kit and it¡¯s just doing its thing I guess like wow it¡¯s basically everything I was expecting it to be, and then some it does the thing I couldn¡¯t ask for better
