A little pricey but this detergent includes the rinse agent so you should turn the setting off or down for rinse-aid on your machine. Dishes, plastics and glasses come out spotless, never have any detergent residue left in the detergent reservoir and no buildup in my dishwasher. No problems with streaking or etching. The ��plastic�� wrap on each tablet dissolves, therefore, does not need to be removed The only reason I am deducting a star is because I am only supposed to use a 1/2 tab in each of my dishwasher drawers (I have a double drawer unit) and find these hard to split. If this is something that you��ll need to do, make sure to use a very sharp knife to avoid crumbling; this is where keeping the plastic casing on is helpful. For some reason one side of the tablet is easier to cut through than the other so flip it around to experiment because you can��t tell visually.

I have to admit that these Miele Dishwasher Tablets get my dishes sparkling clean with no spots. I dislike water spots on my dishes when they come out of the dishwasher. I have a Kenmore Elite HE dishwasher and this Miele brand works like a charm, even in our very hard water.
The thing I don't care for is the price, but after wasting so much money on dishwasher detergents in the past, I guess it's doable.
