    Low priced, lightweight mic stand...very portable and does what it's supposed to do. Don't expect a heavy duty piece of equipment, this is not it. Treat it gently, don't over tighten any parts, works best if mic is straight up...This is not a boom stand, so you can vear only so much from center before it tips over, but in 90 pct of cases should be enough.
    If you've been using heavy duty booms for decades like I have, you'll know how many times the skin on your fingers will get caught in sliding parts...very painful. This won't happen with this product. Comes with its own small carrying bag.
    Again, it's portability is great especially when your bringing guitar stands, music stands and other equipment.
    I'm very satisfied.
