Mount top-down through the surface of your jig, and square your jig to the saw blade without taking it off the table. The three mounting screws allow for easy sled installs and stress-free setup.
ZeroPlay Miter Bars are adjusted to fit the miter slot while it is attached to your sled, allowing you to get the best fit possible. Set, test, adjust if needed, then begin using your sled. The two halves of the ZeroPlay expand to fit the slot, providing full contact all along both edges of the bar.
Includes two ZeroPlay Miter Bars and Miter Stops for larger or longer sleds.
Glass reinforced parts will not warp or swell with environmental changes like wood runners.
Dovetail Hardware and Dovetail Clamps sold separately.
Used with the ZeroPlay Miter Bar, the Miter Stop can limit sled travel and allow repeatable cuts.
Use the included T-bolt and wing nut to securely hold your shop-built fixtures and hold downs on your machines.
Two Miter Stops give you even more control for positioning fixtures such as a thin rip jig anywhere along the miter slot.
