I felt safe to order this product because the manufacturer offers all these tests and certification of quality. The product took me a little by surprise because the colour is not what I remember from my childhood. I remembered it being a blue black very deep navy colour, in my childhood in another country many years ago methylene blue used to be something that was in every house, and commonly used to disinfect little wounds and even the common sore throat. This methylene blue looks more like phtalo blue shade, it has a turquoise leaning shift. I am not sure why the colour is different, but the product appears legit. In my case it is to be used solely externally and for some experiments so I feel safe to use it. Thank you

    I can’t even get the dropper lid off to try the product, its is like it is super glued on. I have tried every way to get it off and now afraid anything harsher method I will break the lid or neck of the bottle and get blue dye everywhere

    I have decided to throw it away, biggest waste of money I have spent on 鶹 so far.

    There seem to be some inconsistencies in the marketing of this product:
    Brand Generic
    Product grade USP
    Purity percentage 1
    Manufacturer Route2Health LLC

    - I guess there's a manufacturer, a distributor (Organic Uplift) and a 'brand' (generic).
    - Also, there's a best before date on the box but no date on the bottle. The box gives a date roughly 2 years from delivery date. The directions on the box and the bottle say 3 years from date of purchase.
    - The product listing says "Methylene Blue Canada" but the included information sheet is produced in China.
    - The product says 'for research purposes' and, as such (I suppose), there is no "NPN number" common to supplements.

    Some of these inconsistencies may fall into the category of largely administrative and should be easy to sort out. When contemplating putting substances in my body, I want to be confident in the product.

    Regardless, if considering methylene blue for consumption, this product is USP grade (safe for pharmaceutical/ medical use). This product checks plenty of boxes that would indicate it is a suitable candidate for consumption including:
    - Coming in a shrink-wrapped box
    - Outer security seal
    - No leakage
    - Conversion chart for drops to ml to mgs
    - Contraindications
    - USP grade
    - Lot and expiry information
    - Purity statement

    From this perspective, things look fine.

    Methylene Blue 1% has several uses besides a trendy supplement. Without the ability to test myself, I have to take the manufacturer and testers' statements of claim at face value. Accepting that, this product seems worthy of consideration for any use (anti-fungal, supplement or microscopy stain) common to methylene blue 1%. Worth shortlisting. Recommended accordingly.
