First Impressions: Excellent labeling and well laid out/easy to read text that, not only advertises the product well, but also covers nearly all questions people ask about the supplement right there on the label! Great sign and confidence builder on purchasing, (especially when choosing health and fitness consumables) that this company has done their research before putting a product on the market! Familiar container design and product inside looks exactly as it should. I'm quite familiar with the use of creatine monohydrate as I've been supplementing with it for 20 years and this product is just what creatine should be. ZERO taste, ZERO additives, and HIGH solubility when diluted in liquids, 100% pure and properly sealed/packaged to prevent caking and moisture exposure. Pros: - Micronized creatine monohydrate will mix better in liquids and has a measured higher absorption rate within the body increasing its efficiency with assisting in the process of building lean muscle mass and endurance. - Canadian made and held to Canadian standards for consumable supplements! In a market that can sometimes be, saturated with different varieties of the same products... this can be potentially a deciding factor for the consumer. - Clear instructions for the use of the product with the initial pre-load period suggested clearly on the label and contact information to the company and manufacturers if further questions or support is required. Always a good thing for new users of supplements while exercising to offer support like this. Cons: - The tiny, little measure cup provided can settle to the bottom of the very flour-like creatine monohydrate powder in the container upon first opening the package... this can result in a great big mess all over your hands and counter while you root around inside the container looking for the short, little, tiny, clear plastic measure cup (yes I'm emphasizing it's size for effect haha). I wish they would provide a measure cup with a long stem handle so this issue would then become a non-issue and it shouldn't take much to change that in the future. - Outside of the above con... I have nothing else to say, except that results are produced with consistency supplementing while also exercising so, this type of product will take time before it's proven to show a perceived and measured effect on the body with everyone's results being different (from person to person) on the same style exercise regimen. Also always mix your creatine monohydrate thoroughly in your preferred liquid and don't add too much to your drink for no reason, you can always make two drinks if you need too! (Unlese you like chalky grainy textured drinks...) In short... give it some time and, don't skip leg day! Haha :) you will appreciate the results in time. Final thoughts: Very happy to add this to my supplement shelf and will be consistent with my own exercise regimen as this product assists in maintaining longer energy stores and helps to maintain my body. Great Canadian made product with excellent and informed labeling, an excellent value for the consumer in a brand that can be trusted to provide a quality supplement from a country that regulates consumables to a high standard.
