Upon receiving the Melnor MiniMax, I immediately noticed a crack in the housing—before the product had even been used. Connecting it to a hose resulted in immediate leaking. This appears to be more than just an isolated defect; it points to a fundamental issue with material quality and manufacturing standards.

The sprinkler is made from extremely brittle plastic, clearly unsuitable for prolonged outdoor use. For a product designed to function across multiple seasons, this is simply unacceptable. The material feels flimsy and lacks any sense of durability or resilience.

Recommendation to the manufacturer: Strongly consider producing this unit from high-quality, UV-resistant plastic that can withstand long-term outdoor conditions. Sustainability should not only apply to water usage but to the product itself. Garden tools should last for generations—that is true sustainability.

This experience has left me unwilling to purchase from this brand again.
