I bought this because I have scrybhigh blood pressure. I started meds and got this and it was showing very low number I thought it was odd but thought the meds worked fast. I just went to doctor only to see my BP is still very high thank goodness I went in very a check up. She said my machine is defective or the measurements for arm is off. Maybe I need smaller cuff size. But they won't let me return this or even change cuffs. I should not have to buy a new cuff I went by measurements. Also if machine is defective then the new cuff won't matter. I had not money for this expensive Machine I'm furious that for a smaller cuff it loads cheaper then xlarge . Now I can't use it I had to scrounge for money saying it's for my health and they do this take money and run and I can afford to buy another one🙄😣

Spent a long time trying to find unbiased and accurate reviews on BP monitors. Unfortunately, some trusted medical sites for BP information receive compensation to add devices to their recommended list. A deep dive over many hours found very few home BP monitors that pass the three levels of reviews based on studies and rigorous testing.
This monitor is made by A&D, rebranded for sale in Canada and was only one of three that passed all of the tests.

Easy to use, no Bluetooth, apps, subscriptions or fancy options. The large fitting cuff works for most people and the results are constantly accurate. I have purchased a number of the well known brands and this one is far and away the best.
