Product Description

Why do the readings differ when measuring the same spot?

For the same soil location, readings can vary due to differences in depth and contact with the soil. A recommended insertion depth is 12 cm for accurate results.
Why do the readings remain the same when measuring different spots?

Each measurement must be manually triggered. After inserting the probe into a new spot, press the "Measure" button again to start detection. Keep the device still for 8 seconds, then read the result once the numbers stabilize.

this meeter is good but sometimes i doubt the results. I've been using this for a month now and for instance i'd be trying to test the moisture at the exactly the same spot and i get two different results. for PH and light, i think its accurate.

Note that i have never found an accurate tester, never ! so this makes it one of the best tester i used.

i do like the fact that its all digitized.

It is still a tester i would recommend but take multiple tests and round the results.

Very inconsistent. Put it in the same spot to measure moisture level in indoor plants.
Got reading 0%, then 7% then 23%. And it does it all the time with all plants.
Also, it comes with scale range written on the box only. Also, misleading advertisement on �鶹�� when you are looking to buy it shows you reference of all the scales so you know if what you are measuring is too much or too little. But the product doesn't come with it so good luck trying to find out somewhere else.
Wouldn't buy it or recommend it.

This soil moisture meter is unique in that it reads much more than just how moist or wet your soil is, it also measures pH, temperature, fertility, light intensity, and the humidity in your room.

I'm not sure about the pH and fertility readings but it is nice to be able to measure the light intensity and room humidity allowing you to adjust conditions to be better for your plants.

It is simple to use, just throw in some batteries and insert the two prongs into your planter. Do not go too deep and do not leave the meter in the soil or it will go bad over time.

Happy to recommend with all the different readings measured + displayed on a clear, well organised screen.
