Quand j'ai vérifié les prix sur 鶹, il était moins cher avec une lame en plus. Est-ce parce qu'il s'agit d'une version japonaise avec toute l'information en japonais? Quand il parle du kit de lame, il ne s'agit que d'une seule lame dans un étui en plastique de marque Olfa également. Je ne l'ai pas encore testé, mais il se prend bien en main. Il faut presser sur un bouton pour bloquer la lame et la désengager. Nous pouvons aussi l'utiliser sans le bloquer en serrant seulement la poignée. Ainsi, quand tu le déposes, la lame est toujours en sécurité. Il ne s'agit que d'une première impression. Je reviendrai compléter plus tard si j'ai des problèmes. Entre-temps, voir mes photos et ma microvidéo pour en connaître l'apparence et l'emballage. Mise à jour 6 septembre 2023: Avec certains matériaux, il arrive qu'il ne coupe pas uniformément. Par exemple, sur une ligne, il y aura des bouts qui ne seront pas coupé complètement. Ceci se règle en mettant plus de pression par la suite mais j'ai toujours peur de défoncer la protection en dessous et de couper la table. Malgré tout, je pense encore qu'il s'agit d'un bel ajout à mon arcenal...

    I can hardly wait to start my next quilt with this wonderful rotary cutter. If you have arthritis in your cutting hand like I do, you will find this tool a wonderful improvement when cutting for a large quilt. Since I am using this tool with no audience (no little fingers to get cut), I intend to make a cloth/velcro band to wrap the handle so I don't have to apply pressure to keep the blade extended. Yes I know this is a wonderful safety feature, but I'm 85 and so I think I can handle the risk!

    I don’t usually write reviews, but this product deserves recognition. While assembling an emergency sail repair kit for my yacht, several fellow sailors recommended I choose a rotary cutter over scalloping scissors. I'm glad I followed their advice.

    On arrival, I tested it on an old curtain and a piece of 3mm [slightly above 5oz] leather. It delivered clean, precise cuts with no frayed edges. This is far superior to what scissors typically produce. And cutting into these fabrics took a lot less energy than scissors would demand. Not to mention that; As with most Japanese-made tools I’ve used, the craftsmanship is amazing.

    Even if aesthetics aren't a priority, I highly recommend this cutter to ensure clean fabric edges. Scissor-cut sails risk misalignment, leading to wind stress and eventual tearing. With these, especially with a pinked blade, I wouldn't have to worry about frayed stress in my sails or even tailored projects for a good while.

    What an awesome tool!! I've only had this 45mm Olfa rotary cutter for about 4 days, & normally I would wait longer to write a review on a new tool, but this rotary cutter is just amazingl!! So accurate, easy to use, safe, comfortable in my hand, sturdy, & cuts through anything I tried with ease. I had gotten one of the cheap rotary cutters, because it came with 9 blades. It was a nightmare, & it couldn't even cut anything, except my fingers. I then ordered this Olfa cutter the next day. It shipped almost immediately & I had it in 2 days. I noticed that the Japanese version came with an extra replacement blade, which the U.S. version did not. Also, the Japanese version is less expensive, much less if you add in the cost of the extra blade. The only difference between the Japanese & U.S. version is that the directions on the back of the packaging is in Japanese or in English. Tip: If you search for the Olfa U.S. version, in the pics, there is a pic of the back of the package in English, which I took a screenshot of, just in case I needed any directions, but honestly, I didn't needed them yet, but it's still good to have it. For $15.49 this is a bargain. I should've saved myself the aggravation & ordered this Olfa instead of the useless other one. This cutter is very well-made of really sturdy plastic, the blades are extremely sharp, & it just glides through fabrics easily. I got this to use with a skip blade for crochet projects, but I know I'll use this a lot for a so many other things, & it will last a very longtime. It can be used for both right & left-handed people, just switch the side the blade is on. I'm left-handed & it was so simple & quick to change the side that the blade is on. If you're thinking about getting this Olfa 45mm rotary cutter, it's definitely worth the cost, & then add other types of blades as needed. I highly recommend this seller & this tool. I absolutely love it!! 5 stars!! Tysm!!

    Cutter solide !..prise en main parfaite pour les grandes coupes et grande facilité d’exécution. Pour moi le meilleur!!... car il est légèrement recourbé vers le tissu ce qui me donne aucune fatigue du poignet lors des coupes, et l'utilisation du cutter se fait plus précise. Le seul fait de maintenir le manche rétracte la sécurité , vous lâcher le cutter et la lame se rétracte de suite, que demander de plus ?.. 6 étoiles !
