    I can be very paranoid when it comes to letting my bike locked outside, even more at night. I made an exception this weekend, and it cost me my bike.

    These pictures show what happened to my lock. The thief first tried to break the cable itself at two places (You can see the cable is all twisted in those spots). He finally managed to break the digit section, which seems to be the weak point.

    I will never buy this kind of lock ever again.

    I encourage you to invest in a strong "U" lock, the extra cost will be worth it.
