I purchased the massager with heat and cooling features for pain relief, and overall, I’ve really enjoyed it! I primarily use it in my vehicle, and the portability is a huge plus — it’s easy to move in and out of the car, and it fits nicely on the seat. The vibration massage and heat features work well and help relieve tension during long drives.
One downside is that the cooling feature on my unit doesn’t work, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to that function. However, I decided to keep it because returning it would be a hassle, and I still get a lot of benefit from the other features.
If you’re looking for a convenient, portable back massager for on-the-go relief, this is still a great choice despite the minor issue I experienced.
