I find this heated knee massager to be very soothing. I've been wearing it every chance I get. Last year, I somehow tweeked my left knee while doing yard work and have been experiencing chronic knee pain ever since. I've been wearing a knee brace for days at a time when it kicks up until it goes away, then it comes back, and I put the knee brace back on again. I'm hoping that using this massager regularly when I'm sedentary will keep the pain at bay so that I don't need to go back to using the brace at all. It sure feels good, and I don't bother using the timer function; I just keep it on for as long as I'm sitting down. I'm wearing it right now as I write this review. When powered on, its initial settings are vibration pattern one, heat level two, and timer at 30 minutes. I prefer massage pattern one with the lowest heat setting of 45C. I initially found this too hot but have gotten used to it, and the two warmer settings are too hot for me. Instead of having limited movement with a power cord, I would have liked to have the mobility of using a rechargeable 12v battery in a pouch. Maybe it's not technically possible at this point or at all. I thought of using a 7.4v battery from my heated clothing and securing it under one of the straps, but I don't want to cause damage to the massager. I find this very comforting and to be a 5-star item. I hope it lasts and stands the test of time.

    This heated pad/knee massager works as described. It appears well made and is fairly comfortable and easy to put on. I have small legs but there is plenty of space to make it for much larger legs. It’s not made for walking around in it as you need to do up the 3 Velcro straps tightly to feel the massage in the correct areas of your knee. It has different heat levels and 4 different massage choices. I found the lowest heat warm enough and I rotate through the different massage types. The only 2 things that would make this a five are if the massage vibration noise was quieter and if it was rechargeable so you didn’t have to sit near a plug while wearing it. My knee has arthritis and a slowly healing torn MCL so this really gave me some relief after using it for 30 minutes each day. Basically felt as good as after a physio knee massage.

    This is my new favourite heating wrap. I have a number of old injuries that cause current day pain, and this Woloyheatie brace genuinely helps reduce discomfort and promote relaxation in the muscles and joints.

    Build quality is a noticeable step up from other products I’ve tried. This is a well-made device, and the sizing is generous. I have thick legs and consistently experience fit issues with many braces, but this one has room to spare. I also like that it has four straps to help you achieve a custom fit.

    It’s not as convenient as battery-powered products that offer more freedom of movement, but I actually prefer that this is a plug-in unit. Duration is always an issue with battery-powered devices, but you don’t have to worry about that with a plug-in. The timer can be set for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Though I wish there were an “endless” option, I think the timer is a good safety precaution in case you fall asleep.

    The heating function is excellent, and the coverage area is much larger than most braces. This provides heat to the majority of your leg, and the various vibration settings are very relaxing. The motors surround the patella and operate on a sort of pulse algorithm (there’s no “constant on”, for example). The resulting massage sensation is wonderful. I'm wearing it right now as I type, and it's so relaxing that I'm having a hard time keeping myself from nodding off.

    The only downside I've noticed is that it’s rather loud, and the different vibration pitches kind of make it sound like the old Simon toy some of us will remember from our childhoods.

    I think $49.98 is a perfectly fair price for a heater/massager like this. It never hurts to shop around a bit before buying, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product.

    With all the different combinations of vibration, heat and timers this heat wrap is getting a lot of use on my wonky knee. It's quick to put on with the four Velcro straps and can easily accommodate large thighs over sweat pants with plenty of room to spare.
    The heat and timers are pretty standard. It's the different vibration settings that make this shine for me. It has 4 different motors, 2 above and 2 below the knee cap that activate in different combinations of duration, selection, intensity, pulsing, oscillating, sequentially, solo, pairs etc. There are 5 programs to choose from.
    When first turned on it starts with a preset selection of vibration, heat and time which can be individually changed. There's no memory so it always starts with the same combo.
    It is corded so you'll be stationary when using it but it's easy enough to unplug the jack from the wrap if the need arises. It feels very similar to a soft knee brace and doesn't affect walking much.
    Heat and massage for a bad knee, a combo that this wrap delivers in spades. Highly recommend.
