Minus 1 star because the bag and towel holder are both quite small and attached by velcro. So, the towel holder may be able to hold a hand towel if it's not wet, definitely not a body towel or a damp hand towel. The pocket may be able to hold your client's cell phone but definitely not any products. The fitted sheet and covers are not of quality at all so I would recommend buying these elsewhere. The arm rest also is not very sturdy. Also, the bolsters and the small cut out in the bed do not come with covers.
