The Martin Yale P7500 Letter Folder is the ideal tabletop paper folding machine. The P7500 reduces paper folding time, allowing you to avoid time-consuming distribution preparation. The Martin Yale P7500 Automatic Tabletop Letter Folder is a compact yet powerful automatic paper folder capable of folding up to 4,000 sheets per hour.

When manually fed, the machine folds batches of 1-3 pages of stapled or non-stapled papers automatically. Fold brochures, flyers, invites, and other papers quickly and easily by stacking up to 50 pages of standard (8.5” x 11”) or legal-sized pages in the feed tray.

Folded documents can be collected and handled easily with the help of the attached stacking tray. Multiple fold options are available to choose from, including Z-fold, double parallel, trifold, letter fold, and half fold. Because of this letter folder machine’s small size, it's great for use in small offices, office spaces, and churches.

    The media could not be loaded.
    Initially the unit worked fine, but it started acting up soon after. The stacker is as worthless as it looks. Papers will flip over to the wrong side. Papers will fall sideways and will land on the floor. It's basically impossible to get the papers out in the same order as they enter. The papers will stall out on exiting the machine and the next paper will cross over the previous. Sometimes a paper will end up inside of another one. Some papers will end up on the floor and you won't know where in the stack they belong. It's a mess.

    I tried contacting the company to get a different machine, but they refused. This machine doesn't work. They know it, but they sell it anyway.

    Easy to set up and operate. I’m satisfied with it since it’s the cheapest of options that can do 50 sheets per feeding. Only slight drawbacks are the paper tray doesn’t stack very neatly when the come out folded, and it’s a bit noisy.

    It’s just a little complicated to set up the fold but when you get it, it works good. I’ve had it misfire and needed to reprint a few pages but for the most part it does a good job. The discharge gets a little messy so I guide/collect them as the come out. It’s definitely faster than folding by hand!!
