    This worked exactly as advertised, fun little thing to kill bugs. But we had a little difficulty getting it to work at first. The spring was not where it was supposed to be, therefore we couldn’t get it to”cock” so we could shoot it. We did manage to get the spring where it’s supposed to be with some force. Worked like a charm after that.

    If you can manage to get close enough to use it on a fly, theres almost no chance for them to survive after getting hit. They don't splatter on the surfaces like a regular fly swatter would cause, so no mess. Also nearly harmless to use as a toy if the need arises, but it would sting about as much as a dart blaster, maybe slightly more.
