    I love this pan. Probably the best 9x13 I've ever used. I started layering a lasagna in it and three layers in, I realized I forgot to spray it with non stick. I kicked myself because cleaning a lasagna pan with all the cooked cheese baked on is a nightmare. But nothing stuck. When the lasagna was gone, and I gave her a rinse under hot water, nothing remained. I though I was going to have to soak it overnight, but nope. A 60 second standard wash and it was clean as a whistle. Highly highly recommended. 10/10!!
