An old stand by for so many recipes! It adds an extra dimension to your sauces and gravies by accentuating the flavour of the meat or poultry. I use it in soups and even many ethnic recipes. A little goes a long way, so test your salt levels before adding as this does have a salty taste. I adjust salt after adding Marmit as often I dont require additional salt to the recipe. Marmit is becoming increasingly harder to find in some areas, so I ordered the larger size. Keeps well, great purchase!
