For added convenience the batteries include an on-board L.E.D. charge level indicator. The HS301DZ weighs only 3.5 lbs. (with 12V max CXT 1.5Ah battery, sold separately) with 1,500 RPM and a 1 in. capacity, so it cuts plywood, MDF, pegboard, particleboard, melamine, and drywall. It's an ideal solution for users seeking a more compact cutting solution with less weight or for applications in tight spaces. For longer run time, all 12V max CXT cordless tools are also compatible with the 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion 4.0Ah battery (BL1041B). 12V max CXT lithium-Ion batteries are engineered with a Battery Protection Circuit that protects against overloading, over-discharging and over-heating.     Confezionato orinale in scatola di cartone, viene fornito con lama installata kit brugola ad incastro laterale per sostituzione del disco.
    In separata confezione plastica troviamo:
    -Kit recupero scaglie/segatura con innesto per tubo aspirazione con vite di fissaggio da installare a proprio utilizzo.

    Utilizzabile solo con batterie tipo 10.8V modelli esempio:
    Makita BL1015 LI-Ion 10,8 V 1,5 Ah
    Makita BL1020B, LI-Ion 10.8 V 2.0 Ah
    Makita BL1040 LI-Ion 10.8 V 4.0 Ah

    La sega circolare si presenta molto leggera e di facile utilizzo. Possibilità di regolazione escursione lama in discesa e inclinazione 90° e 45° non del tutto perfetta la regolazione con la scala laterale. per tagli precisi in gradi, si consiglia la regolazione a goniometro.
    Escursione della lama abbastanza limitata, potrete tagliare fino ad un massimo di 2CM.
    Blocco del grilletto con sicura a sblocco sul manico.

    Rotazione del disco fisso a 1500 Giri Min. NON regolabile.
    Non vi è inoltre sicura con l`arresto immediato del disco al rilascio del grilletto, ma si ha una protezione scorrevole a chiusura della lama per circa il 90% la rimanente parte la lama rimane esposta quindi attenzione.
    I tagli si presentano regolari e precisi se svolti con moderazione, la potenza comunque è relativamente ottima anche nei tagli più veloci non di precisione.
    La tacca della direzione del taglio è doppia per i vari gradi di inclinazione, ma ci vuole abitudine per tagliare dritti senza l`utilizzo di una guida laterale, acquistabile separatamente.
    Nel complesso, un ottimo prodotto che si appresta a lavori veloci e semplici che non richiedono il massimo della precisione, che si può comunque ottenere con la giusta esperienza e malizia nelle varie fasi di lavorazioni.
    Consiglio vivamente questo prodotto, ma non pensate di aver completato la vostra gamma di attrezzi da taglio.
    In abbinamento consiglio la sega circolare da 136 mm, modello DSS501Z se avete già a disposizione batterie da 18V.
