Makita DC18SD 14.4V to 18V Li-ion Battery Charger
The DC18SD Standard Li-ion Charger charges Makita 14.4V or 18V Li-ion LXT slide type batteries. DC18SD is not compatible with G-Series batteries.
The DC18SD is equipped with a built-in memory chip for the battery to communicate with the charger for maximising the charge cycle, fans cool air across the air vents to reduce heat building up and protecting the battery and audible sounds to communicate the status of the charge cycle and when the battery is fully charged.
You can expect a 18V 2.0 Ah battery to charge in 45 minutes, 18V or 14.4V 3.0 Ah battery to charge in 60 minutes, 18V 4.0 Ah battery to charge in 90 minutes, 18V 5.0 Ah battery to charge in 110 minutes and 18V 6.0 Ah battery to charge in 130 minutes.
