This magnifying glass is brilliant in terms of the amount of magnification it provides and also provides excellent lighting so that items can be seen clearly. That said, it is not without its down-sides. At 277g, it is definitely heavier than I expected and not something I would slip into my handbag to use when out and about. And although I love the level of light it provides, I find it annoying that there are 3 lighting modes but only one button to operate everything - so I can turn it on with one press, but then have to press it 3 more times to turn it off as it first has to cycle through all its lighting modes. I would find it so much more convenient if there was an of/off button and then a separate button to cycle through the lighting modes. However, on the whole I am happy with it, but just be aware there are some potential improvements that could be made.
