    This Mag Glycinate seems to be the real deal at an excellent & affordable price. I've been experimenting with this product now for a couple of months to assist with sleep at night and rounding out my daily RDA for magnesium. No upset stomach. I take 2 capsules about 45-60 minutes before bed and helps me fall asleep and stay asleep for approximately 6-7 hours. Good sleep.
