I’m very pleased with my purchase of PhiNaturals Magnesium Citrate. I chose this brand because of its excellent reviews and stronger strength. I wasn’t disappointed! The small, slim size of the capsules made them easy to swallow. I always check how fast/fully a capsule dissolves in a glass of water and this one was quick/complete. Within a few days, I had already noticed less diabetic cramps in my legs and feet. I have chronic headaches/migraines that were less severe after I started taking these capsules and if I felt one “coming on” I would take an extra capsule. Even sleep came much easier and it took me less time to fully relax before bed. It’s non-GMO and vegan which is another plus. Overall, a great option for magnesium supplementation! I will definitely stick with this brand.
