    I have tried other versions of this product but this one is by far the most effective for me when it comes to sleep and restfulness. I take it in the evening about an hour before bed and it never fails to help with the deep sleep I cant get any other way!

    Took a one pill which is 500mg total and 50mg of elemental magnesium, worked well in relieving anxiety symptoms and feeling relaxed. I do believe this dosage is a little high for myself as I did get a little light headed and felt a bit funny after taking it. I’d recommend consulting with your doctor first and maybe try a smaller dosage and work your way up as you need.

    There are a few different types of magnesium, make sure you take the correct one. This is a great price for 500mg. It is the only magnesium glycinate I will use. For me, it has beaten menopause insomnia, stopped the tingling in my hands, eased restlessness, and made me an overall calmer person. I’m sure it’s made many other improvements internally but those are the most noticeable in my life. It is something I do daily and if I get busy (like I did over Christmas) and forget to take it for a few days I notice the difference. I checked with my doctor when I started taking it to make sure it was okay. I am not currently on any other medications it could possibly interfere with.

    This supplement has the PNP number and has been looked at by the health-cops in Canada and in checking the literature, it all checks out fine. You're good to go.

    Do you suffer from migraines / headaches brought on by barometric pressure changes? In Atlantic Canada, this is the number one cause of migraine headaches (according to a doctor who treated me at the e.r.)… 80% of North Americans are chronically magnesium deficient and taking magnesium is reported to diminish migraines brought on by barometric pressure changes. It isn’t a quick fix because your body has to replenish and build up its stores of magnesium. But it DOES work.
    I was getting BRUTAL migraines. They were completely debilitating. I started taking this product a couple of months ago and I have noticed fewer headaches and milder / quicker to pass headaches when I did get them. But this morning put it into perspective in a big way… Our barometric pressure when I went to bed last night was 1021 hPa. When I woke up this morning it was 1003 hPa and a rain / thunder / lightning storm. This would have brought on a migraine of the “I think I’m dying” proportion a few months ago. But today? I do not have ANY migraine symptoms. None. Zero.
    I have made no other lifestyle changes. I have just added one of these 500 mg capsules of Magnesium Biglycinate every morning. And here we are. If I didn’t believe in science, I would call it a miracle. (Note: I have a lot of allergies and food sensitivities and my tummy is often reactive to things. Magnesium Citrate is a diarrhea storm waiting to happen. But I have no digestive issues as a result of these Magnesium Bigylcinate capsules.)

    This product has changed my life and made a very noticeable improvement to my health and my emotional well-being. I recommend it with every fibre of my being.
