Product description

Our polyaspartic product creates a durable, seamless finish for flooring in residential, commercial or industrial spaces. Formulated to provide maximum protection, it cures quickly, it is highly resistant to abrasion, chemicals, UV light and impacts. This Aliphatic Polyaspartic Polyurea product is perfect to be used on top of our floor epoxy resin products with or without flakes. This Polyaspartic formula applies easily with a roller or squeegee and dries within hours (4-6hours for foot traffic and 3 days for a full cure) to a uniform, high-gloss sheen. Its low VOC content meets environmental standards while ensuring a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. Use it to beautify and protect concrete, stained concrete, exposed aggregate, terrazzo or other interior flooring such as home garages from wear and spills. This 2 gallon kit of polyaspartic will cover approximately 250-400 square feet (approx. 400 sq.ft. over primer or 260-400 sq.ft. over vinly flakes), offering long-lasting protection for high-traffic areas in homes, offices, warehouses and more. A full iinstruction guide is added in each kit.

This is the best finish you can put on an epoxy floor. The clear polyaspartic is super easy to mix and apply, just follow the directions! Polyaspartic has a much shorter working time than regular floor epoxy so make sure you have everything ready before you start. It also has a stronger odor, but it dissipated after about a day. This product was very DIY friendly and I'm incredibly pleased with the result!

Pretty hard to find good customer service these days but Magic Resin is doing just that along with great product at a moderate price while providing good packaging without any leaks. I’ve ordered from many other suppliers and things usually come with leaks and broken seals.

    This product was a huge let down for me. I used it for my flooring project in my dog kennel. I did all the research and asked all the right questions and it still failed. Description says it will do approx 400sq ft at a certain thickness. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I didn't even have enough to do a 300sqft room. It ran off the knots and didn't fill any minor imperfections. When I emailed the company to ask how am I going to fix this I got " sand the room and re do it" umm ok and who's paying for all that product and time again. (3 months after laying it) it scratches super easy and it is peeling from the floor. I purchased the polyspatic clear coat at $360 to try and help cover the imperfections but its not even qorth saving. So now it's not even going to get used.
    Very disappointed in this product as a floor product.

    The website says it covers 250-400 Square Feet, then when you open up the box, it says 133-200 square feet. As a result, I grossly under-order, and now and stuck with a unfinished half of the garage, and it looks terrible. Probably going to have to end up grinding up the parts I did manage to get some epoxy on and re-add the epoxy. Completely false advertising, It's not worth it for the price,
