I bought this prodect on mar 8 and one of the cup handle is broken on apr 16 , so in this case i cant return this to amazon because of one month policy. Although by the time i bought website says one year warranty so i sent message to magic bullet company and they reply- i bought this product to 3rd party so they cant do anything. Woow. So why they sold product if they cant have warranty. So i hope this review help u all that where to buy this kind of product. I dont want to give 1 star too but i have no choice.and also machine runs after we take cup out. Suppose to stop . Then i have to take power code out. Now both amazon and magic bullet take there hands up. Both blemeing each outher
