This 10 inch pan performs very well as a non-stick pan, BUT the coating is not as robust as it should be. I am an experienced cook and I know how to treat non-stick cookware: silicone/nylon utensils only, never on the highest heat, wash by hand with non-abrasive cloths/sponges. I did all that but nonetheless, little nicks have spontaneously ( mysteriously) appeared all along the top edge and two tiny spots on the cooking surface. These flaws are admittedly small BUT should not be happening after only 3 months of use. So I would not buy again and would advise others not to buy. The cost is just not justified by the performance. I would buy the Sensart non-stick pan that is 25% of the price.

This is getting a TON of use. It certainly cooks things. But it's getting small chips on the top of the pan faster than you would expect. With this said, not in cooking areas and it's just in a few spots where the finish begins at the edges. But this pan if getting the crap used out of it so it's hard to complain........... We shall see over the long hull. But it does cook things well and looked good out of the box. So long as you don't burn things to it, LOL, it cleans easily.
