About the authors
Yuxi (Hayden) Liu is a Software Engineer, Machine Learning at Google. Previously he worked as a machine learning scientist in a variety of data-driven domains and applied his ML expertise in computational advertising, marketing and cybersecurity. He is now developing and improving the machine learning models and systems for ads optimization on the largest search engine in the world.
He is an author of a series of machine learning books and an education enthusiast. His first book, also the first edition of Python Machine Learning by Example, ranked the #1 bestseller in 鶹 in 2017 and 2018, and was translated into many different languages. His other books include R Deep Learning Projects, Hands-On Deep Learning Architectures with Python, and PyTorch 1.x Reinforcement Learning Cookbook.
Francisco Martínez Carreño is a telecommunications engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (School of Telecommunications Engineering of Madrid) and holds a master’s degree in diplomacy and international relations from the Diplomatic School. This combination of technical and humanistic training enables him to address complex issues from a multidisciplinary perspective, bridging the worlds of technology and international relations.
Throughout his career, he has participated in projects related to telecommunications networks, digital transformation, and technology applied to diplomacy, as well as disseminating technical topics through books and editorial collaborations.
