    I'll admit I went with the most economical choice for a balsamic glaze and feel it was a good choice. It could have more "bite" to it if you know what I mean, but for the price this adds a lot of flavour. I like to put it on roasted vegetables 20 minutes before they are done, I add it to tomato soup and drizzle on salads. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
