Male HDMI to Female DVI Adapter Bi-Directional – The 1 foot (0.3 m) HDMI to DVI cable is made for bidirectional signal transfer. This means it supports signal from HDMI to DVI as well as DVI to HDMI. The adapter can be primarily used to turn a HDMI port into a DVI-I Dual Link port.
Important: The HDMI connector is Male and the DVI-I (Dual Link) connector is Female. It is also important to note that the bidirectional Male HDMI to Female DVI cables only transmit video signals, not audio signals. A separate audio cable or adapter may be required for audio output.
HDMI to DVI-I Dual Link Converter – The cable convertor has a Female DVI-I Dual Link port at one end. This port is compatible with Male DVI-D (Dual Link & Single Link) and Male DVI-I (Dual Link & Single Link) connectors.
