Good value for money
My son has been begging for an ice shaver ever since we've realized how awful those slushie machines at the gas station can be! He saved up his money to get it on prime day for $26 and I have one very happy boy here! Made an orange slushie for himself (using Mio flavouring). Works well and I love that we can take this camping as well! I think it's great that he has to pre-plan (pulverizing fruits for the ice tray) and manually work for a treat. :)

    I’ve been craving snow cones/shaved ice and invested in this gem. Blades are sharp and durable. I find filling the top once equates to one serving and anything more than that was too much. Very easy to clean. I use bullet ice in it and it grinds up just fine.

    I was pleasantly surprised with how little effort it takes to operate this device and how quickly it produces ice shavings. I have tried it with a bunch of different sized ice cubes and it handles all well. The silicone ice cube tray that comes with it is a nice bonus. The device is not too large and easily stored. Well worth it for the hot summer days!

    Side note: you don’t necessarily need syrups for snow cones. I like freezing other beverages (lemonade, pop, other juices) into ice cubes and shaving those to eat as a snow cone or combine with some liquid form of the same beverage to make a slushie!
