    This is a middle aged Balsamic. It has a much thicker consistancy than regular Balsamic but has the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. It's a wonderful product. I'm hoping I get a chance to use it. I must stop dipping my pinky in the bottle for yet another taste or it'll run out!
