After nearly a year that has included many travels I'm so pleased with this inflatable pillow. Inexpensive, easy to inflate, rolls up small for packing and has its own stuff bag, and is as comfy as any inflatable travel pillow can be. I place it behind two bed pillows so I'm not directly against the (admittedly soft flocked) surface. It is a plastic pillow after all so I don't think being right against it would be that comfy, especially during summer travel. But it's been super durable (one trip lasted 4 weeks, another 3, and it's also been used for several long weekend and week-long trips). If you need slight elevation, or back ease when sitting up in bed, this will do the job!

Whenever I have a bad head cold I know that keeping my head elevated when trying to sleep is of great benefit to reduce coughing caused by post nasal drip. Trying to do this with various pillows is what I've done in the past with reasonable success. But I always ended up with a mess of pillows in the middle of the night and no longer really being "elevated". AND... then I end up with a sore neck from bad posture.

I use this inflatable pillow along with my favorite "regular" pillow on top of it. It provides just enough elevation to help. It's big enough to keep me and my pillow properly positioned, so I sleep a little better when I have a head cold and I'm not feeling great.

It's well constructed. The way it is made reminds me of the high end air mattress I have. Although inflating the pillow is a challenge. Luckily the electric air pump I have for my air mattress works well for this. Otherwise I would have had to purchase an air pump separately. It would perhaps been nice if an electric air pump was included, but then again not... it would have noticeably increased the price... and anyway, if you're regularly using the pillow, you'll be leaving it inflated anyway, so you won't need a pump often.....

considering how well it's made, and how nicely designed it is (it is comfortable - you get to inflate it to how you like it). I feel this is a very fair price therefore. PLUS, it comes with a handy little travel bag... and it folds up relatively small - so it's easy to take along travelling.

I ordered this to go along with a leg elevation pillow due to a back issue. I was also curious that it could help with sleep apnea. When I opened the packaging and pulled the deflated pillow out, I was impressed at how compact it rolled up to. You get a strap to secure the roll and a drawstring pouch to store ir, which is great for travelling. Rolling the pillow out I thought it was a good size for length and width. The material is smooth called milk silk. Normally these types of pillows have a soft microfiber or velour like fabric, which I think I would have preferred. Unfortunately, this is where things went downhill for me. The air valve is different than anything I have seen for this type of inflatable. There is the pull plug, that is usual, but then inside there is a push button valve. Printed on the pillow itself it says "Up-blow" and to "Down-deflate" . However, the instruction pamphlet says to press down the "fine-tune" button to "easily" inflate, and to press it up to prevent air leakage. So a little bit of discrepancy, that caused some confusion. However, even with the instructions, and an air pump, I had a hard time getting air in. As there is more air in, more air wants to rush out when the valve is pushed down. It's too bad a one-way air valve was not used instead, the type that you can blow in but air doesn't come back out. Once I finally got it somewhat inflated, I found the pillow was not as high as I expected. I think I would have preferred it to be another few centimeters higher. The last thing that resulted in the 3-star review, is the pillow is noisy! When I move it makes a "crinkling" sound. Also when sliding across the pillow the material makes a loud swoosh noise that is amplified by the air chamber I think. It's not great for sleeping if you move around a bit.

In the end I had high hopes for this pillow. It's actually decently comfortable. Unfortunately, it's not convenient to pump up and noisy to use. I don't mind using it when awake but I will not be able to use it for sleeping, as I had hoped to do. The noise would keep me awake or wake me up, being a light sleeper.

This is rather large, so I'm quite impressed.
Although I'm certain it's great for various sleep activities, it's also a really nice height and angle for other kinds of bedroom activities. Easy to throw a pillowcase or towel over it, and away you go.
Holds the air even with boisterous use.
Deflate when not in use for discrete storage.

I have a Brookstone convertible wedge that I bought a decade ago for a foot surgery. I've used it ever since as between-the-knees support when I sleep. It is great for home use but not travel-friendly for road trips let alone flying. Enter the Luxtude Inflatable Wedge Pillow. This is portable and easy to travel with. I don't know why i didn't think of an inflatable option sooner. I guess i didn't know they existed. This deflates completely and folds down to the size of your hand, it comes with its own pouch. It is good quality and has an outer "covering" of some kind of soft "fabric". In the seller description it is called "milk silk fabric" and it is the best idea ever. It felt almost like a silk, satin cover on my legs. This is soft on my legs and doesn't make my legs sweat like the other inflatables that i tried through �鶹��, most of the others were the same material as your average air mattress, plastic with a velvet-like outer. This fabric-like covering also keeps me from having to design and sew a slipcover for this wedge. The seams are in good shape and seem strong. It remained firm throughout the night, it did not seem to lose air at all. I only used it twice to make sure I wanted to keep it. It was easy to inflate and comes with a really cool push button feature that lets you fine tune the amount of air you want in your wedge. This was well worth the price for me since i travel a lot and also have a lot of back pain while sleeping. I also did note the measurements in the picture description and compared it with my wedge at home so I knew it would be the approximate size i needed. Side note: i inflated it with a miniature air pump that I purchased separately on �鶹��.
