    Ok so I am a 45 yr old male and would prefer a ham an cheese sandwich to a kale salad anyway but I had to loose a few and go these hoping I could make little open face sandwiches for lunch, at 100 calories for 4 and them being thick enough you can put some laughing cow, a half slice of ham and a slice of tomato on 4 of these and have that huge lunch come in around 210 calories and it holds together unlike rice cakes. It is insane value. I cant recommend these enough, unless they are getting low, than they suck dont buy because I buy them regularly and do not want the seller to be out.
