Great! They come with a nice (small) carrying case and multiple sizes of silicone tips to ensure a proper fit in the ear. Work nicely to dull excess noise and protect the ears. I wasn't concerned about them falling out. I have a few piercings inside the shell of my ear and I found that these didn't irritate them at all.

Colour is also beautiful! Small enough that they aren't that visible but look very chic if someone were to see them.

Are there other options that are similar quality and perhaps cheaper? Maybe? I don't know, but my partner and I had these in for long spans over 3 days at an outdoor music festival. Went home with zero ear ringing which I count as an absolute win.
Both of us needed to go down a tip size for a proper fit but they were extremely comfortable and there were times were we had them in for multiple hours at once. We even spent about an hour front of stage right in front of the speakers with no issues.
It was amazing how clear the music still was, no distortion or anything. Voices were muffled but we learned to navigate that.
I was unsure about these upon purchase but after using them for the weekend I can get behind the hype.

Overall I am very happy with the loop earplugs. It helps with my ADHD/Anxiety for the most part.

Positives: It definitely helps reduce background noise. I'm still able to hear the very talkative dog down the street but it's quieter and I'm able to focus on what I'm doing. I went grocery shopping with my brother and it was really awesome in the sense that I didn't feel like there was so much going on around me. I have ADHD and when I walk into a grocery store I see everything, I think about each product and if I need it, I'm hearing people talking, etc. It's annoying and overwhelming but with the earplugs in it did reduce that a LOT. Not completely, but I felt less overwhelmed.

I wear them when I'm sleeping, if I'm trying to focus on something during the day (mowing the lawn, working on comp, cleaning), passenger in the car.. it's helped my brain a lot.

Negatives: As much noise it does reduce, it also makes it a bit harder to hear people close to me if there are other noises going on. You can still hear the noises you would normally hear just at lower levels. It's similar to when someone is talking to you. If it's in a quiet environment like home and I'm talking to my brother then that's fine, but when we went shopping and he was RIGHT beside me, it made it very frustrating that I had to ask him to repeat himself. That's only because of the other noises going on: music, people chatting, workers, etc. I did sometimes have to remove the earplug which wasn't a big deal but it did make me feel more anxious in the moment.

Another negative is the loop earplug case. I have dropped it twice and both times it opens and the earplugs come out.
I don't like that at all because I almost lost one (took a while to find it, I honestly didn't even realize the case fell until I was going to bed). Then they get dirty and I have to clean them. The case itself is very sturdy, it survived both falls but I don't like that it popped open so easily and my earplugs came out.

Wore these at a concert yesterday. During the concert I forgot I was even wearing them. I love that I was able to choose the size so they fit so comfortably. During the concert, I took out my ear plugs and realized how loud the music really was. My brother's apple watch kept alerting him that the environment was dangerously loud (luckily he had the same ear plugs). After the concert, I took out my ear plugs. No pain. No ringing in my ears. No headache. Worked as planned. Won't go to a concert or loud event without these ever again.

I also have the quiet ones for when I'm sleeping and they work great. Comfortable and easy to clean. Love the little case that it comes with.

I had exclusively used those foam earplugs for a long time, and decided that I needed an upgrade to help myself in louder settings. I got these, they arrived on time, and I popped them in. The first time I put them in, they were very uncomfortable, and I was extremely distressed. But, they come with an array of tips to swap out and try, and within a couple minutes I had them fitting snug and well.

These are noise reducers, not noise blockers. Personally, some situations call for noise cancelling headphones to provide my personal level of comfort in any given situation, but there are great for chatting in crowds or groups. You can hear people talk, the tv, and notifications, but they are significantly quieter, and things that cause white noise can't be heard anymore. A downside is if you struggle with the recoil from others chewing noises or your own. Personally I can still hear people chewing and my own chewing is audible as well, so you may need to switch out to a noise blocking headphone or music.

these are overall really comfortable and easy to put in. I would recommend these for people who would like to be able to last longer in social situations with sensory issues. They are not noise blockers, you will still be able to hear, but at a reduced decibel.
