I hate the size of this for every day use and constantly pull the iPad out and switch to a different silicone case. However, when I need a keyboard o don’t hesitate to use this one. The keyboard is top notch. So if you don’t mind a bulky heavy keyboard to carry with a light silicon case when you don’t want to travel with your computer, go for it. But don’t spend more than $50!

I ordered a different cover with keyboard from among the mid priced products available. Once delivered it was apparent that the keyboard had to be removed from the case to use it; and then had to be precisely placed back into the case for so it would close with iPad covering it. Returned it.
I decided to go with a more costly product from Logitech, a name brand with a long history of great products. The Slim Folio with a fixed keyboard is what I was hoping for. Sturdy, durable, 2 cell batteries in the blue-toothed keyboard, an angle back cover holding the iPad steady with a strong magnet to keyboard area.
But if your hope was to get the multi color backlit keyborrd offered by so many others, the Slim Folio is not for you.

There’s nothing to dislike about this keyboard case….
The holes are all in exactly the right position. It doesn’t require separate charging, since it draws its power from the iPad. The keyboard is very comfortable to type on, and has the full row of iOS shortcut keys. This, and the viewing angle of the screen, feels like working on a laptop. The case is rubberized, so it offers great protection and doesn’t slide around.

The case is honestly the best! I was really hesitant given the high price point and the case being 1/4 of the price of the iPad 9th gen.

However, I purchased it at discount during Christmas and don't regret it at all! It's super sturdy and clicks right into the slot when I open the case. The Bluetooth never fails so I can type on the keyboard right away. It's also not super bulky so I can still fit it in my tote bag without it being overly heavy.

I brought it to travel with me so I was able to finish some school work and reply to emails. I also use it at work in my therapy sessions with kids. I am not a heavy iPad user but it just works every time I need it so its amazing!

The only con is that there is only 1 angle so it may be inconvenient if you prefer various angles.

Cuento con una laptop bastante pesada y mi prioridad era conseguir un teclado para mi iPad que me permitiera llevar una herramienta de trabajo ligera y funcional, misión que se ha cumplido con este artículo.

Como profesor, puedo redactar y editar mis documentos, hacer búsquedas rápidas o proyectar contenido de forma accesible, sin llevar a todos lados mi equipo pesado. El material es de muy buena calidad, las teclas responden muy bien al tacto y la conexión con el iPad es prácticamente automática.

Evidentemente se trata de un teclado más chico que los de una computadora de escritorio, por lo que es necesario adaptarse al inicio a la distancia entre las teclas, pero a los pocos días he logrado trabajar con la misma velocidad con que lo haría en mi equipo principal. Además, la funda es bastante rígida, lo que ofrece una sensación de protección y seguridad deseables.

Como único aspecto a señalar, solo permite una posición del iPad, por lo que si es demasiado importante para ti el tener distintas posiciones de trabajo, ángulos o cambios entre vision horizontal y vertical, deberías buscar alguna otra opción. En mi caso, trabajo cómodamente en horizontal, por lo que no me resulta necesario.

Ampliamente recomendable.
