Now that I have a Switch 2 to slip this around, I can confirm it delivers what it promises. The case feels very good to hold, both having comfortable grips and giving the Switch 2 a nice weighted feel, and it's easy to both apply and remove as needed. Initially I thought it was causing heat dissipation issues, but it turns out the Switch 2 just naturally runs hot and all of the ventilation cutouts are right where they should be. I've also had no issues plugging things into the various ports, which the case also has proper cutouts for, and the buttons for the power and volume work perfectly.

Something to be aware of is if you find yourself struggling to fit this into the Switch 2 dock, it likely means you haven't applied the case properly. How it should work is that you'll gently slide it onto the dock's charging port, only being slightly snug. If you find yourself forcing it down into the dock, then you need to check the grooves for any misalignments (especially the bottom!) and make sure the Joy-Cons are properly seated into the grips. When applied properly, the worst that should happen is that it may briefly cling to the dock port when lifting it out.

As an aside, it's highly encouraged to apply a screen protector alongside this. Preaching to the choir perhaps, since you're probably doing that anyway if you're searching for third-party Switch 2 accessories, but it bears repeating nonetheless.

Im gonna trash this case the first opportunity a better alternative comes out on amazon from skull and co or satisfye. It is very comfortable to hold tho.

I was pleasantly surprised by this-- it was alot more comfortable than I was expecting, and fit my hands almost perfectly as it lets me grip it by supporting the bottom side portion on my palm, and placing my fingers on the carbon fibre bit with my hand in a claw-esque manner. Ideally I'd prefer a softer silicone material, but the TPU is soft enough for the use case. It does indeed fit well enough in the dock, though the bottom part of the case had to be thinned significantly to fit. If you remove the joycons often enough you'll have to contend with the flex, because while they do have small adhesive strips to keep the bottom in place, it will flex enough to come loose if you repeatedly need to remove the joycons.

This works perfectly!! I got tendonitis from playing the first Switch on handheld too much, so when the Switch 2 came out, I was worried that there wouldn't be grips for it so early on. But this works WONDERFULLY! It fits like a glove and I can put it in the dock too!

If anyone intends on getting a Switch or Switch 2 and plans on playing it on handheld in ANY capacity, do yourself a solid and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get a grip for it!!! Don't be like me and end up having to play no games at all for a month while your wrist is healing from gaming too much! This product really helps with preventing stuff like this!

I had high hopes for this controller grip—especially since the first‑generation Satisfye grip was so comfortable—but this one falls completely flat.

The silicone bottom does not stay attached to the console. After only a few minutes, it starts slipping and peeling away, making it impossible to keep the grip aligned properly. I find myself constantly adjusting it mid‑game, which is not only annoying but completely negates the purpose of having a grip in the first place.

Even worse, the feeling in hand is a big letdown. The grip just doesn't feel as secure or ergonomic as the original Satisfye. It feels cheap and plasticky. I expected a premium, cushioned feel that would reduce fatigue during extended play sessions—but this one just doesn’t deliver.

There’s no benefit to compromising comfort for a faulty design. Between the slipping silicone and underwhelming feel, this product fails at both of its main jobs. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere—I'm returning this for a refund immediately.
