Lloyd pans 12x12x1.5 inch Sicilian style Pizza pans require no pre-seasoning on your end. Our exclusive Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK) finish is a permanent, stick-resistant coating, eliminating the need for any pre-seasoning. The double thick flat rim adds strength and long-lasting durability. Heavy duty .063 inch thick aluminum bakes faster than steel pans. Our pans are engineered for commercial use where appearance is secondary to performance. You will see grip marks in the finish of the product from our coating process on the rim or holes. These are not chips or scratches and the product will not flake or peel at these points. We call them Beauty Marks! We do not paint or cover up these marks in the metal because it does not improve the bake, it just adds cost. Your pan is the best performing pan available.

They are called Sicilian style but can be used for Roman style (pizza al taglio) as well which is what I use them for. The pans have a special coating for non stick and may show some crazing on the surface but this is normal and not an issue. The end result of using these pans is they don't distort in the oven and give a brilliant crispy base to my pizzas. Love them and would definitely buy again!

Fits perfectly into my ninja air fryer (space saver type). My ninja is extremely low profile and came with a 3/4 inch high broiler type pan. I wanted just a tad deeper, and this pizza pan depth is just what I needed! Cookies just slide off. No parchment needed. It’s solid, with good feel weight wise. Highly doubt it will warp! A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for when it comes to cookware IMO.
