About us
Lisle Corporation recently celebrated the company's founding and 115 years of continuous manufacturing in Clarinda, Iowa in 2018. The privately owned company is led today by third, fourth, fifth and sixth generation family members.
C.A. Lisle started the company in 1903 with the first product being horse-powered water well drilling machines. To combat the seasonality of the well drilling business, the young company branched out and also manufactured washing machines, cream separators, and push-type reel lawn mowers.
Product description

- Reviewed in Canada on January 10, 2024Verified PurchaseNot gonna lie, the wiper arm was stuck so hard that I thought the little hooks of the arm puller tool were going to bend.. but they didn't and when the loud popping noise of the wiper arm releasing came, I knew it had worked fine!
There is a BUT!
The little bar used to turn the mechanism is too thin. It does bend, and because of how short it is, I had to use a "lever" mechanism to properly twist it. I ended up usinga metallic straw. It is exactly what it sounds like.. a stainless steel straw (washable) for drinks. It had the perfect diameter to fit the little arm in, and created a longer handle to "torque" the whole mechanism and twist. The pittle arm ended up bending anyway (so did the straw) but by rotating it every now and then you can kind of fix it.
In the end, it saved me a lot of troubles and worked exactly as it was supposed to. But maybe consider getting a very small piping or alum straw to do like I did. Cheers

- Reviewed in Canada on July 2, 2021Verified PurchaseThe one item i am a little worried about is the metal turn bar that you need to twist in order for the wiper arm to be pulled off. The bar is very thin and depending on how much pressure you use may very well bend of break, son't know why they did not make that a bit thinker in diameter.
Otherwise looks very good, good weight to it. I bought to put in my toolbox for future use so unable to say much other wise that this one item which is the one weak point. I reviewed many others and all seem to have the same issue, less so with the reviews on this product so i'll just have to see if it holds up. I might be able to replace the through bolt with bar to a heavier one from the local hardware store, but for now i'll let it ride till i know for sure.
- Reviewed in Canada on September 9, 2023Verified PurchaseI end up cutting the middle stud so the claw can reach deeper on the wiper assemble.my only complain is the both hook or claw are not the same length so when you tight them it easily goes side ways/ slips out so i have to force it to pull up straight.other than that it work!

- Reviewed in Canada on October 29, 2022Verified PurchaseBought this to remove stuck auto wiper arms from posts. They are really stuck on, as the tool was not able to remove them despite cranking down the centre post as hard as i could by hand. Would really appreciate other ideas to remove wiper arms.
Update: used two small metal pipes on the tightening handle, cranked it tighter, and got one wiper arm to pop off!

- Reviewed in Canada on March 3, 2023Verified PurchaseIt took a bit of fumbling; I felt there was a lot of force being applied on the very thin turning stick. However, I managed after a few tries, even if I am the worst at using any kind of tool, you cannot find somebody worst than me. Used this on a 2013 Ford Escape rear wiper arm.
- Reviewed in Canada on February 9, 2022Verified PurchaseJust received mine today and found the knurled is made of plastic, not metal as described. Hope it will work as it should to.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than jerry-rigging a screwdriver!
Verified PurchaseWorked perfectly to pull rear wiper off back of 2015 Expedition. I tried all the hacks before this and finally bit the bullet and bought the correct tool.

5.0 out of 5 stars High Quality Tool
Verified PurchaseAlways helps to have the right tools! Used this to remove the rear wiper arm on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia that was corroded on. Didn’t have any pullers that would fit, and wasn’t going to yank or pry with force which could damage things. This tool attached firmly to the wiper arm and popped it off in seconds with little effort. 10/10 would buy again. Much cheaper on 鶹 compared to auto parts stores.
