- Reviewed in Canada on May 7, 2019Verified PurchaseI ordered Green Gobbler liquid to clear the drains in my home as my daughter had introduced me to the produce when she was living in Manhattan last year. I ordered the produced previously and had no issues. When I ordered the produce this time around, the shipping company lost my package in their warehouse that was about 20 minutes from my home. I called EcoClean Solutions to let them know that the shipping company had not delivered my package and were not being helpful. The customer service department at EcoClean Solutions did an amazing job shipping me out a new package containing the product that arrived within 48hours. The product cleared a slow drain with only one application. It appears to have cleared out the entire length of piping as the water flows super fast down the bathroom sink and the shower drain.
If you are having issues with your drains being slow and want a product that works super well without all the harsh chemicals, use Green Gobble. You can be confident that if there are any issues with shipping the company will respond promptly and work to ensure the problem is promptly resolved. I will order this product again.
- Reviewed in Canada on November 19, 2022Verified PurchaseI poured the recommended amount into my slow draining bathroom sink drain and left it overnight. The next morning I poured hot water down the drain and presto it was then clear!

If this turns out like Green Gobbler’s powder it is going to be like an enema plus laxative for all the drains. I intend to clean my entire drain system. Easy to use
- Reviewed in Canada on May 21, 2019Verified Purchasethe package I received had a 1 gallon plastic bottle with no content labels of any kind. It might have been water I poured down my drain, but I certainly wasn’t going to drink it to find out. Might be a scam product..... might not
- Reviewed in Canada on April 17, 2025Verified PurchaseDidn’t notice any difference using this product vs other brands. Followed the directions and use but didn’t notice any change in tubs, or sinks.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works well but takes time.
Verified PurchaseI've had a reoccurring clog in my kitchen sinks for years. This year it got exceptionally bad and I had to stop using the sinks Tried several products which only made it worse. Bought an auger but wasn't prepared to take the sink apart on my own yet, so decided to try one more product. First night I poured it in, I was hopeful. Let it sit over night, and it looked like it worked until I poured the boiling pot of hot water in. Sinks filled right up. Decided to walk away and see if it drained. Next day, still full of water. I attempted to pour the product in again, even with the water. Next day, no movement. So I scooped out as much of the water as I could and plunged the sink. No movement. That night I poured in more product, left it for about 18 hrs and decided to pour boiling hot water in again. This time not as large of a pot. Then at risk of burning my hand, held down the drain stop and pumped the other side with the plunger as hard as I could and after about three pumps I heard a pop. Took out the stoper and all the water just went down and fast. I ran hot water for about 2 min and clog is clear. Product has very little to no odor which made me feel comfortable using it since it's too cold to open the windows. Would highly recommend and will be buying more to keep my drains open.

5.0 out of 5 stars Buen producto para mantenimiento
Verified PurchaseMe sirve para mantener destapadas las tuberías, el aroma es bueno. La única área de oportunidad es que si tardó unos 10 días en llegar, pero es cuestión de programarse

4.0 out of 5 stars Buen Producto
Verified PurchaseEs un buen producto, pero en mi caso la solución era temporal (un par de días) y después de dos intentos (conforme indica las instrucciones si la obstrucción es severa), tuve que llamar a un plomero para que desabollara la tubería del baño.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Lifesaver
Verified PurchaseIt didn't actually save my life, like a lifeguard at the beach, but it sure feels like it, when your toilet is not acting right, and floods the bathroom floor, and you're just beside yourself, not knowing what to do.
I had bought the foaming root killer, because I had had a previous problem with tree roots, and I knew they were probably coming back, since spring is the growing season, so I thought I had nipped it in the bud.
But I still had backing-up problems, and wondered if it was actually working.
I knew that there were other things besides roots that can plague your system, but how can you be sure just what the problem is, since it's all underground?
You can't, so you can only assume that the problem is "all of the above."
I had also bought a gallon jug of this liquid clog remover, and I definitely had a clog, so I thought it would do me more good being in my sewer line than sitting in the jug on the shelf.
I poured it into the toilet, at night, after I had used it for the last time for the day, and let it sit overnight, as per the instructions on the jug, and then flushed it first thing in the morning.
It flushed perfectly normally, and sounded more like normal - if there is such a thing as normal or abnormal in the flushing of a toilet. It seemed to be behaving like a perfect gentleman, but you don't want to assume too much, too soon.
The main thing was - so far, so good: It didn't back up and overflow onto the bathroom floor, and I've flushed it several times since then, and if it only continues as it is now performing, I'm thrilled beyond words.
Twenty-odd dollars is an extremely small price to pay, and the convenience of simply pouring something down the toilet and flushing it is out-of-this-world easy, and cheap, cheap, cheap, compared to all the hassle of dealing with a plumber and paying his highway-robbery fee.
I'm a happy camper, for sure.
I know they perform a vital service, but they sure get paid handsomely for it. Or rather, they charge you a fortune, and expect you to pay it.
I mean, they rescue you, but they hold you up for all you're worth at the same time, but what are you going to do?
At that moment, they hold a total monopoly over you, and you're not exactly in much of a negotiating position, so they can "sock it to you," and that's exactly what they do.
There is probably nothing more frustrating or maddening than a toilet that is giving you grief. When you consider that it's an assembly of pipes and fittings, all buried underground, we are definitely intimidated.
The plumber holds the magic key to solving this mysterious puzzle, and just the idea of a simple jug of chemicals that will totally solve the problem is almost too much to expect.
All of this anxiety and grief over something as simple as flushing the toilet, which we should be able to take for granted.
But when you really think about it, it's just a matter of choosing a strictly mechanical method of cleaning out the pipes, i.e., roto-rooting them, vs. the intelligent application of chemicals, to get rid of the roots and the sludge by more sophisticated means.
As for me, I'll take the liquid in the jug, or the crystals in the jug, and pour it down the toilet, head and shoulders over the plumber, no matter how talented he may be, and hope I never have to call him again.
P.S. I strongly suspect that for many people, when they've used the clog remover but still have a clogged system, their real problem is tree roots in their sewer lines.
It's not that the clog remover didn't work, it's just that tree roots are a different problem, and need a different solution, because it's not a one-size-fits-all situation; fortunately, there are remedies available for both conditions.
Tree roots are insidious, and if you ever saw a cast iron fixture, which sits just below your toilet, that was totally and completely jammed with tree roots, you would realize that it would take more than a clog remover to fix it.
Tree roots take years to build up, and eventually pack themselves into your sewer line and fixtures so tight, that only a chemical that is designed to melt the roots, and cause them to wither into small pieces, which will go ''out with the tide" when we flush, will get rid of them.
So you have two problems to worry about; roots in your sewer line, as well as the occasional hair/gunk clog, which may very well have been exacerbated by the roots in the line, to start with.
But thankfully, Green Gobbler can rescue you from both.
As far as I'm concerned, a plumber can look for another job, like flipping burgers, since he can't pull his highway robbery routine anymore, thanks to the great little jug of Green Gobbler.

4.0 out of 5 stars No big deal.
Verified PurchaseNot any better than other products that "helps" get rid of soap, hair, etc. except this company puts an advisory warning on the product. Big deal! that did not make it any better.
