Tastes pretty good
The flavor of the blueberry is pretty good. I wouldn't say that it tastes like blueberry but it's sweet and has almost a floral taste to it. Enjoyable to eat vs. mixing powder but also a bit more expensive. The creatine from this supplement appears to work as well as any other that I've used. Packaging is fine and I'm happy to say that it was well sealed. I recommend this product if you're in the market for a creatine gummy supplement!

In a nutshell - these creatine gummies are a super convenient and pretty tasty way to get your daily dose of creatine monohydrate. Really like the green apple flavour. At 5g per 3-gummy serving, you're getting the clinically effective dose, and for anyone who's on the go or doesn’t like mixing powders, these are a good option, but the best if you’re on a budget, or have a sweet tooth (arguably taste too good).

My biggest concern is that they’re not the most budget friendly, and have 3g of sugar in them per serving (3 gummies). At $51.99 for 60 servings, you’re looking at about $0.87 cents per serving. Compare that to a basic tub of creatine monohydrate powder, which can run around 10 cents per serving, and you’re definitely paying for the convenience (and flavor).
The flavor—at least the apple version—is actually really good - I’d argue too good. I’ve definitely had some issues popping a couple of extra gummies due to my sweet tooth, which isn't ideal when you’re trying to keep dosage (and sugar) in check and consistent. Each serving has 12 calories, 3g of sugar, and a short list of other ingredients like pectin, maltodextrin, and stevia. Nothing too concerning, but still something to consider if you're tracking macros or trying to minimize added sugars.
On the subject of sugar, it’s also worth noting that while the product is marketed as “low sugar,” but 3g per serving isn’t exactly nothing—especially if you’re using other supplements throughout the day.
In terms of creatine itself, it’s one of the most well-researched supplements out there. Used consistently (ideally with resistance training), it’s been shown to improve strength, endurance, and even cognitive function. The body only makes about 1–2g on its own per day, so supplementing to get to that 5g range is where the real benefits kick in, and you should consider preloading at the beginning to kickstart the benefits.
As for the form—creatine monohydrate - this is generally considered the gold standard. There’s no need for fancy “creapure” or blends unless you’re trying to solve GI issues, and these gummies use the standard monohydrate form, which is what you want - so they should be well tolerated and effective.
Final thought: great taste, super convenient, and effective, but probably not the best choice if you’re on a budget, trying to minimize sugar intake, or have a sweet tooth. Good for travel or occasional use, but for daily supplementation, a plain unflavored powder might be a better call. Still, hard to deny how easy these are to use, and easy to take a couple with you for later in the day before you head to the gym.
