This is fantastic for the price. The clamp is strong, and fits my desk well.

The light is bright enough to get the job done, and the magnifier is ok. I find that you have to have it angled just right in order for the magnifier to be clear enough.

It would have been nice for it to have multiple light strength and colour options, but again, it’s still a good deal for the price and gets the job done. I’ve been using it for paint by numbers, and it works well for that purpose.

I've been using this for a day for small electronics work and so far I find it will stay exactly where I put it, magnifies well, and the bright light makes it way easier to see and yet is very comfortable - I'm guessing it doesn't exhibit much high-frequency light which is good. I also used it when changing parts in my computer which is normally quite dark inside. Clamp is quite strong and goes fairly wide, so it'll clamp onto most things.
Overall, it's bigger and better than I expected and seems pretty sturdy and versatile (and makes what I do so much easier) - so I'm very happy with it.
