V-0-MAX Industrial Grade Locking Flush Receptacles

Leviton’s V-0-MAX Industrial Grade Locking Flush Receptacles combine advanced design, the finest component materials and extensive laboratory testing to deliver unparalleled reliability. They provide for safe and uninterrupted operation of electrical equipment in demanding industrial, institutional and heavy duty commercial applications.

V-0-MAX Receptacles are engineered for maximum performance with a UL 94 V-0 Flammability Rating. The UL 94 20mm Vertical Burning Test compares plastic materials in terms of three burning characteristics: relative speed of burning, ability to extinguish fire and inability to propagate fire. The V-0-MAX receptacle materials have earned the best rating possible: V-0.

V-0-MAX Industrial Grade Locking Flush Receptacles are the safe choice for preventing the accidental disconnection of maintenance and cleaning equipment commonly used in manufacturing operations. They also provide for extra-secure connections of machinery, power tools, pumps and test equipment. The front face design offers a built-in stability ribs that ensure a flush, extra-secure fit on mounting surfaces, including applications where vibration may be a factor. The wide operating temperature range ensures reliable operation in a variety of manufacturing settings.

Maintenance Repair & Operation is a mainstay of every industry. High abuse areas exposed to contaminants and corrosive liquids (grease, oil, solvents etc.) for machinery and maintenance equipment require rugged devices that provide long-lasting performance. The V-0-MAX device back cover is molded from a re-enforced PBT for excellent chemical and heat resistance, while the uni-body front face is molded from rugged nylon copolymer material that provides superior resistance to impact and chemicals. Leviton’s V-0-MAX devices carry a UL 94 V-0 Flammability Rating, the best rating of any material used in Industrial Grade Locking Flush Receptacles.

The IG (Isolated Ground) receptacles are used with electronic equipment that requires low ground interference. The uni-body front face on the IG receptacles is orange re-enforced PBT which is an excellent thermoplastic material offering superior performance in high abuse areas.
