This is not a good product. Even though it was fairly well-packed, a couple of the tall glasses arrived with scratches etched into them. It wasn't worth the bother of returning them so I put them through the dishwasher. They looked great once they were clean. I just took one of the glasses out of the cupboard for the first time to have a drink. The bottom of the glass isn't even level! It rocks on the table. (I store my glasses upside down so didn't notice. I never even thought I'd have to check that they'd have flat, level bottoms!) I've never purchased such terrible glassware. Ive had to throw one of the glasses out,it has a crack at the lip. The country of manufacture isn't on the �鶹�� page. Poor quality, save your money.

Good looking, well-made, great price. I first bought the
"save with used" option, and that was a big mistake.
They did not use the foam top that had the cut out to protect the rims and hold the glasses in place (pictured). There are many reviews that talk about them arriving broken. Of course that could happen anytime but highly likely with the used version. They are not going to be packed well if returned before. These have a very nice heavy weight to them. I love the squared wide bottom so I can put 1 large homemade ice cube for cocktails (pictured). Thick bottom and thick sides are nice because I had similar glasses, but they had very thin sides going up to the rim and cracked or broke easily. If they do arrived broken, chat with customer service and refuse to return them since it is a safety hazard. They won't make you do it if you chat with them. With breakable items I always take a video of me opening the package because when you chat with an agent, you can upload pictures and video. They will make exceptions to policies if you can prove you’re not scamming the system. Good luck and enjoy.
