Great 14 in laptop....make sure you go to settings and update all the windows updates even the additional optional ones, takes some time and restart your device several times, also do a full security scan to make sure...takes patience, but now it's perfect, windows 11 pro is working alright, if you see a blue screen just click continue anyway, windows 11 stll has problems to fix, but they will fix them, have patience....Laptop looks like new, screen is great, fast machine, was a great choice....plus saved alot of money!

*Edit Update...I had a few glitches, but it's with windows 11, not the laptop, so wait until all the updates are installed before returning it, another windows 11 fix is coming May 12/25...windows is known for there problems on new versions, takes time to fix all the problems.
