On close inspection you can see the outside cover has a black wrap that matches the original case. The case may be scratched underneath but with the wrap it looks like new. The Windows 10 build looked good but for safety I reinstalled from an MS ISO. The licence embedded in the BIOS activated easily. No issues with drivers, it just works.

It’s light enough to attach behind my monitor arm so only one wire for power going up, everything else is hidden.

When I opened the package I was shocked to see the computer was scratched beyond belief, almost as if someone had intentionally damaged it. Needless to say, IT DID NOT "look like new".

Furthermore, when I sent a message to the third party requesting the refund, I never heard back and had to call and deal with �鶹��. They told me there was an internal issue and my request for refund email never went to the seller, and I was not notified. Not impressed - again.

�鶹��'s customer support representative was helpful and assisted in re-sending the refund request, and now we are waiting. I've already spent about an hour dealing with this, and I expect more time will be required yet. Factor in the time value of money, and even if I do get a full refund, I'm running at a loss.

So very, truly disappointed. Will not buy from this seller ever again. Buyer beware.
